0%       Owner procures the Buyer and there is No Other Agent involved. Owner does not want

            The Bechtel Group’s Assistance. Owner only pays the $295 transaction/technology fee to

            The Bechtel Group.


3%       Owner procures the Buyer and there is No Other Agent involved. Scott Bechtel or a Team

             Member from The Bechtel Group will write the Contract and process it through closing for

             the owner. Total commission Will be 3% plus the $295 transaction/technology fee.


5%       Scott Bechtel or a Team Member from The Bechtel Group procures the Buyer(s) and writes

            the contract. There is No Other Agent involved. Our commission will be 5% plus the $295

            transaction/technology fee.


6%      Owner’s property sells to a Buyer procured through the MLS or non MLS Broker. Another

           Agent represents the Buyer. Listing Agent commission will be 3% plus $295 

           transaction/technology fee and the Selling Agent Commission will be 3%. Total commission

           will be 6% plus the $295 Transaction/technology fee.
